Official Opening

The sessions of the 3rd International Congress of Black Women opened  in Kinshasa under the theme  “Integrating black women’s resources in the process of economic development and international cooperation.”

This two-day international event was organized by Africa Femmes Performantes,Inc. under the high patronage of First Lady of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mrs Olive Lembe Kabila, with two honor Guests : Mrs. Antoinette Sassou Nguesso, First Lady of the Republic of Congo Brazzaville, and Mrs. Thandwe Banda, First Lady of Zambia. Thousands of women from diverse backgrounds and socio-professional categories were present.
